Willingness to work together in silence and surrender to long ceremonies are key.
The Healing Field is a deep dive into the ceremonial healing field so familiar in Roel’s work. We work together with gentleness, love, and compassion for all that lives within ourselves and the collective.
This deep journey is not for everyone
Important: This workshop does not focus on mental knowledge but on creating a deep connection to the realms of the soul and working with frequency and healing energy. The foundation of this work is daily and long immersions in ceremony, working with silence, ritual music and healing song. A willingness to learn from experience and not the mind is key in ceremonial practice.
Requirement for participation:
Do not apply if you are in a period of intense imbalance
Your safety and the group’s safety are of utmost importance in all Roel his trainings. Due to the profoundly deep nature of this work, this intensive is not for you if you are struggling with psychological or emotional instability or are triggered easily by healing work related to trauma.
If that is the case in this moment of your life, you will receive more support from Roel, his guided meditations, accompanied by the work you are hopefully doing with a therapist or counselor.

About Roel Crabbé
Roel Crabbé has been practicing shamanism since 1995 under the guidance of both traditional and Western teachers. He is personally trained and authorized to teach Shamanic journeying and shamanic healing by Sandra Ingerman, former education director of the Foundation for Shamanic Studies and author of a.o. “Soul Retrieval” & “Medicine for the Earth”
Since 2004, Roel has taught thousands in shamanism and healing in Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Austria, Italy, and France. His work has been published in publications by, among others, Bres and Change magazine.

Your stay at the Healing Field
The Healing Field is hosted at the beautiful castle of Frandeux. (South of Belgium) The Domain is located in a tranquil nature reserve. On the Domain is a beautiful lake that is excellent for swimming. Adjoining the lake is 25 acres of private forest with a beautiful river valley where you can walk freely and enjoy what the seasons have to offer. In the courtyard, you can find a Celtic sacred mount that is dated from 1st century BC and was used as a power place.
So imagine old castle rooms, a pristine workshop space, a wonderful finish sauna that is available during lunch breaks and evenings, and the deep focus, where we as a group go offline to connect to the power of the amazing work Roel and his team bring forward…
About the food
You are in for a treat. Tinne Tomme, our cook, is a pure wizard. Known from her famous plant-based restaurant ‘Avalon Hoeve’ and her cooking books, she will provide you with meals that are the best we ever experienced in our retreats.
The food she and her team will offer is top-notch, offering delicious plant-based meals, with mostly organic and locally sourced ingredients. If you have allergies, you can let us know beforehand.
About the accommodation
The retreat center offers single rooms and shared rooms of 2 or 3 beds, as well as a sleeping dorm with six beds. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will keep men and women separated.
There are 3 rooms with a king-size bed available for couples.
